Jenny Gonzales is a hair stylist, singer-songwriter, Kevin Murphy Educator, and owner of Culture Club Salon. She is a graduate of the Aveda Institute and has worked in cities such as Albuquerque, Boston, New York City, and Austin. Jenny is a curl enthusiast who specializes in curly haircutting, Jenny remains a student of the culture, always procuring continuing education about the latest styles and trends.
Hi my name is Sofia, I specialize in balayage and cutting/ coloring long hair, as well as blunt/ texturized bobs. I am a passionate stylist and loving mother. I has been assisting/training under our owner, Jenny Gonzales since 2019. I also help manage the salon. In 2019 I graduated from Central New Mexico Community College with her Associate Degree of Applied Science and my cosmetology license. While in school I began my internship here and upon graduating immediately began assisting in the salon. I specializes in styling, cutting and makeup. I enjoys learning new things and continuing my education. I strive in building strong relationships with my clients and satisfying all of their hair needs.

Stephanie Alejandra is a creative color specialist who loves doing bright, fun colors and any kind of lightening. She is a full time mother, artist, holistic lifestyle supporter, and fashionista from Albuquerque, New Mexico. She obtained her education in cosmetology at Toni and Guy Academy and has been doing hair since 2016. She specializes in balayage and lightening services. She strives to achieve a bond with each and every guest, listening very closely to their hair needs while keeping an open mind and the guests comfort as a priority. Upon each service, Stephanie always educates guests on hair care and styling tips to suit their specific hair style. She is always striving to further her education by attending classes and staying passionate within the industry.
Sarah specializes in air dry-able cuts, enhancing natural texture and movement, curly cuts, blended dimension, vivid color accents and utilizing a wide array of different tools in the process. She became licensed 11 years ago and has continued to work toward building an all-inclusive skill set ever since. This enables her to approach clients’ needs on a case by case basis, customizing each service to every individual’s long term goals, one of a kind growth patterns, hair texture and personal expression. She strives to support change throughout her relationship with each client by taking care to avoid placing them into a box or assuming they will want the same outcome each visit, along with consistent continuing education.
Outside of the salon she is an interdisciplinary artist and a proud dog mama.

Hi I'm Karissa and I'm a vivid color specialist. I don't believe in boring hair. I am a born and raised Burquena who truly loves the beautiful 505. I enjoy camping and kayaking with my dog and man, eating at local restaurants, and a nice gin martini. I am aveda trained and have been in the industry for two years. I started my stylist journey in Phoenix, AZ but I am thrilled to have made my way back to Albuquerque. I’ve worked with Schwarzkopf, Redkin, Goldwell, and Wella color lines. I specialize in balayage and blonding services. My ultimate professional goal is for my guests to leave my chair feeling their most beautiful.
Mani is a graduate of the Aveda Institute, specializing in blondes, extensions, and dimensional color. Creating beautiful hair is one of their many passions, along with photography and fashion. Cultivating a unique experience and style for each of their clients is essential.

Born and raised here in Albuquerque she knew her calling early and attended Toni & Guy Academy just 2 weeks after graduating high school in 2010. Yvette is a creative yet meticulous hair artist who specializes in color such as balayage, highlights and corrective color. She takes her education seriously with in house classes offered at Culture Club Salon and has traveled to places like Las Angeles and Scottsdale for more exclusive training. Yvette is a bleach/lightener enthusiast who always focuses on the health of the hair, understanding that major transformations take time and works with many of her clients in sessions explaining the process to them each step of the way.
Hi, I am Kayla, I am passionate about creating modern hair color that is fun and wearable. I specialize in highlights, balayage, and vivid hair color and have been cutting hair for 10 years. Proud to be a hairstylist at Culture Club Salon for four years of that time!
My most recent certification is in tape-in extensions, k-tip, l-tip, and hand-tied wefts. I hope to gain a new clientele by offering this service.
